you did a good job with the animation,
and the sound is very clean.
there was only one part that would make your movie more appealing to the eye.

it is very jumpy, i cant tell who is who at times, and the whole sound thing gets a little annoying, rapidly repeating sounds over and over, non stop. i like the charecters, and the flash is pretty good, just too quick.

next timee you might want to work on slowing it down, mabe even adding some slow motion scenes were one charecter gets a good hit on the other.

overall, i gave it a 7.
