Your frame by frame animation is definately not the best I have ever seen.
you need practice.
I usually enjoy these fbf animations, and I cannot say that this waS a complete waste of time.
800 frames was a little too short, especially if you are animating higher than 15fps, and you should be animating somewhere around 20.
15 fps definately isn't the way to go. If it was a higher framerate, it would have been nicer, but the only time you wanna use 15fps is when you are animating, redrawing every frame in high detail.

I have seen alot of noobie flashes, and noobie fbfs. This falls into the catagory of 'n00b' but i can see that you actually spent some time on it(I added a star for that). most n00bies think that flash goes fast, and that you just spend 2minutes on something like brackenwood. I see that you have animated before, and that is also another reason why I am subtracting some score.

with past expirience in animating you should be able to make a decent flash, but this was kind of crappy. I did see alot of n00bie flashes worse than this by not so n00bie people such as you. At least you passed judgement eh?

You added aidio and that is good, because a flash without audio is usually boring.
the intense music in here made me actually get interested, so I added 1 star. However, you could have added some sound effects for 'the blob' and made it even more interesting. I probobly would have also given you another star.

Now the graphics were atleast decent, and you did use different color (I added +1stars). And this was pretty decent with effects and good for a 15fps animation (+1stars). But your little blog thing was mishapen, and you could have spent more time on it.(-1stars)
When you animate next time, you should spend more time on it, and make it thinner.

now the effort you put into this was not the greatest, and I know you aren't the greatest animator. You could have added more effort, but i have seen sooo many crappy flashes, (and I blammed them) that I feel that you added a decent emount of effort into this. so I gave you a star, and that leaves you with 4/10.

i have seen things worse than this get a better score, so I feel sorry for you getting a 1.90.

The animation was pretty decent, but very short and it wasn't that detailed. You actually put a slight emount of effort into this and I appriciate that.
The only problem with the animation was that there was no background.
And the gun at the end was very cheap.
I like that you added audio, because a flash without audio sucks usually. And you added songs too, and ng likes song in flash, especially metal.

Now, here is my **advice** for next time:
-please design the charecters better ( i am sure this will not be a problem for U)
-Make a better story
-Add a background
-draw better guns

and maybe even add a little emotion to it.

please animate more.

i can put it plain and simple, but I dont think you would understand.

I am not being an asshole, but you did a very crappy job on this.
for god's sake! this wasnt even an animation! The quality if the audio and video alike was grade f-.

If this was a school project, your teacher would get up and walk across the room, just to cut your fingers off and your eyes out, so you would be incapable of animating any more, and your teacherm by doing that would have saved the lives of millions.

**)If you want my advice on this, listen here. Try animating. Try taking some tutorials from newgrounds and practicing some skill. in a few weeks you would be able to animate a decent kittle flash with tweens and little charecters shaped like balls. Please dont submit anything like this again.(**

This comment is not ment to be hurtful, but i want you to understand that this crap is hated soo much, and therefore I must get it through any way I can. I don't want to see something like this again, but I know that it is probbobly happening right now, as I am typing this. So i must go explain to that person how to make a better flash and not be hated by ng.

so work on your animations.

I wouldn't say I like this, but I do like the animation.
the charecters are quite unique as well.
The charecters were a little strange in a bad way, but good.

Compared to most, this was very decent, and you did a good job.
It was entertaining, and I found it interesting.

I would say you deserve a 3, because this was less than I expected, but still decent.
However, when the police car came into the scene, I was a little disapointed.
I feel that you could have spent a little more time designing that.- and you need to work on that next time for shure.

good job. and remember : next time, charecter design.

I enjoyed this. it was pretty wierd, but that does not mean that it was bad.

Il iked how you did the backgrounds and charecters, but if you had redrawn them a little smoother and tweened them in a trippy way that fit in. kind of smooth, and mellow.

I voted high, it definately boosted your score up a little. I hope you make more, and improve.
you have alot of improving to do.
but i did not pay attention to all the little things i could be nagging about, because I honestly enjoyed this.

It allmost went on my favorites, but then I realized that it wasn't that good.
but I imagine you put efforrt into this, and I respect that.
Especially for a first submission.
